
Warranty Statement
Goldkey, warrants to the original end users that all its flash products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below: Goldkey will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by Goldkey without charge for parts and labor, and Goldkey will either replace it with a new one or repair it to be functionally equivalent to a new one. This limited warranty does not cover any damage to all products that result from :
● Improper installation, accidents, or negligence.
● Abuse, misuse, any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
● Unusual physical or electrical stress or interference, failure or fluctuation of electrical power, lightning, static electricity, fire, or acts of God. It also does not extend to any product.
● Damage or alteration of warranty, quality or authenticity stickers.
● Carrying an incorrect, damaged, or unclear product serial number.
● Purchased from an unauthorized reseller or retailer.
Warranty Claim Requirements
● Proof of the place and the date of purchase : Warranty card or online product registration.
● Products must bear Goldkey labels.
● Undamaged outward appearance.
● External Storage and SSD : Please send all accessories along with main product.
RMA Service
● Return to an authorized Goldkey dealer or distributor from which you purchased the Goldkey product. Please confirm the terms of your dealer’s or distributors return policies prior to returning the product.
● Returning directly to the Goldkey service centre : Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number through RMA request page, and follow the product return procedures.
● Please confirm RMA returned products. If there is any problem about item and quantity, please contact Goldkey Customer Service by e-mailing us at RMA service within 3 days only or the issue will not be handled.


STEP 1 / Provide the series number on product to Goldkey RMA team.
STEP 2 / Fill in the “RMA Request Form” with the defect description.
STEP 3 / Return the defect products with the filled RMA form.
STEP 4 / Goldkey take care the repair and return within 14 working days once goods be received.
Warranty policy :
Goldkey provides replacements or repairs for customers for defective products within the applicable warranty period. Goldkey and the customer shall share the shipping charges equally. Firstly, the customer shall pay for the shipping charges to Goldkey in order to receive onsite warranty service. Then, Goldkey will be responsible for paying the shipping charges back to the customer.
Limitation of warranty:
Please note that Goldkey is not responsible for providing free repair if the product defect is caused by any of the following factors :
● The damage is caused by a natural calamity.
● The product has been repaired or taken apart by unauthorized technical staff.
● The warranty label is missing or fractured.
● The product serial number is not compatible with our original system or the label has been fractured.
● Products are bought from unauthorized channels.
